Jenna Goldin (she/they), every Portland tattooer’s favorite tax consultant and community organizer has put together a comprehensive workshop for VOID attendees, teaching how creatives can best prepare for battle… I mean taxes.
Jenna has been preparing taxes for small businesses and individuals since 2010. She co-owned and operated Math LLC from 2012-2020, the same year she launched Shift Accounting LLC. Jenna’s work in tax preparation was born of the intention to bring a social justice lens to accounting. Her mission is to utilize tax prep and money knowledge to build empowered communities based on equity through the redistribution of wealth.
Jenna is also a founding member of Asset to the Resistance (AR). AR is composed of tax preparers, financial consultants and bookkeepers (aka Radical Money People) who challenge the capitalist system through education about money.
