Registration is first come first served, payment is due no later than March 1st, 2025.
ABSOLUTELY NO HATE OR BIGOTRY will be tolerated at this event! We ask all attendees to please have the utmost respect for the venue, all participants and clients. Our artists and community’s safety is a huge priority for us. The Jupiter Hotel is largely ADA accessible with several gender neutral bathrooms on site. We will be making steps to ensure good ventilation and have free masks on site for the public, although it is not a mask required event.
Jupiter Hotel has offered a 10% hotel room discount, use the code “VOIDTATTOO” at checkout on their website.
IMPORTANT: Every single attending artist must fill out and pay separately for the Oregon temporary guest license no later than 30 DAYS ahead of the event, their fee is $70 per INDIVIDUAL ARTIST. Must have up to date BBP certification. This is non-negotiable, if you do not have a license you cannot work! (International artists note: The state of Oregon does not share information with feds before approving)

ACTUAL MOTEL ROOM (Beds removed)-30 available
Small (2 artist single booth, $900)
Medium (2 artist single booth but larger, $1000)
Large (4 artist double booth, $1200)
Motel rooms on 1st & 2nd floor surrounding the Dream Tent.
Includes chairs, table, trash can, paper towels, distilled water.
Perks include extended working hours, private hand washing sink, balcony/window display area, chalkboard door. Decorate it! Have fun!
Carpet will be covered. Lockable entrance after hours.
Note: Second floor is not ADA accessible.
